Privacy Policy

LifeHub is a personal productivity app for organizing tasks, habits, focus sessions, finances, books, study, goals, and journal entries. This policy explains what data the app uses and how it is handled.

Data you create in LifeHub

The content you add to LifeHub, including tasks, habits, Pomodoro sessions, finance entries, planner events, books, study sessions, journal entries, goals, preferences, and app settings, is stored on your device. If iCloud sync is available and enabled on your device, this data may sync through your private iCloud account using Apple's services.

We do not operate a separate server for storing your LifeHub personal content.

Data used for app features

LifeHub may use location access to show current weather. Weather requests are sent to Open-Meteo with location coordinates so the app can return a forecast. You can use the app without granting location permission.

LifeHub may send book search terms, ISBNs, or book identifiers to Google Books and Open Library to find book metadata and covers. This is used only when you use book search or cover lookup features.

LifeHub uses RevenueCat and Apple's StoreKit to manage purchases, subscriptions, entitlements, and purchase restoration.

Photos, camera, calendar, and notifications

LifeHub may request access to photos or camera features so you can add or scan book covers. LifeHub may request calendar access if you choose to sync planner events. LifeHub may request notification permission for reminders, focus timers, and Live Activities.

Advertising and tracking

LifeHub does not show advertising and does not use third-party tracking for advertising purposes.

Children's privacy

LifeHub is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Third-party services

LifeHub may interact with Apple iCloud, Apple StoreKit, RevenueCat, Open-Meteo, Google Books, and Open Library to provide app functionality. These services process data according to their own privacy policies.
